Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Representative to join our busy and growing manufacturing company. This role will provide onsite technical support to all users on their company-assigned tech devices and related tools. Key responsibilities include assigning and overseeing the inventory of company devices, maintaining the company's computer networks and systems, ensuring they run smoothly, and troubleshooting diverse technical issues.
This position involves providing support for diverse technical issues, troubleshooting existing hardware and software, including desktops/laptops, network printers, scanners, tablets, etc. Additionally, it entails supporting local and remote user bases, responding to breakdowns and technical support, setting up devices for new users, and maintaining inventory of company devices, including device accessories.
Required Skills and Qualifications- College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or a relevant field and ideally 1-3 years of relevant hands-on work experience
- CompTIA A+ and/or MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an enterprise IT environment supporting Windows Desktop OS and Active Directory
- Experience with Windows and M365 suite
- Awareness of ERP administration and implementation considered an asset
- SQL/Domain
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000-$110,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and location. The package includes comprehensive health and dental benefits, retirement plan, training opportunities, social events, and more.
