EarlyON Quality and Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EarlyON Quality and Training Specialist to join our team at the YMCA of Three Rivers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering professional learning opportunities that focus on the planning and implementation of consistent EarlyON services, programs, and environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver professional learning opportunities for Educators to create stimulating, safe, and supportive environments for children, parents, and caring adults.
  • Support the growth and development of Educators as they plan and implement consistent EarlyON services, programs, and environments.
  • Ensure that our EarlyON programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our EarlyON programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Registered Early Childhood Educator working within a child and family support environment.
  • Experience in Adult Learning and leadership that inspires, educates, and motivates others in a learning environment.
  • Commitment to working in a socially inclusive environment, responding with sensitivity and personal awareness to diverse needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and community effectively with a focus on building strong relationships and partnerships.
