About the Binance Accelerator Initiative

The Binance Accelerator Initiative is a structured, time-bound program tailored for Early Career Talent, offering an immersive experience within the swiftly evolving Web3 landscape. Participants will gain insights into the inner workings of Binance, the foremost blockchain ecosystem globally. In addition to job responsibilities, there will be an emphasis on networking and professional development, enabling you to expand your professional connections and cultivate transferable skills to advance your career. Eligibility Criteria

Current university students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the development and upkeep of the company's core products.
  • Accountable for the creation and execution of interface documentation for business modules.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in a computer-related field, at least a bachelor's level.
  • Solid foundation in Java and familiarity with essential frameworks, including multithreading and networking.
  • Knowledge of the Spring microservice framework and its operational principles.
  • Proficient in MySQL and at least one NoSQL database.
  • Familiarity with common middleware technologies such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
  • Understanding of big data and machine learning concepts is advantageous.
  • Strong logical reasoning, teamwork capabilities, and a keen willingness to learn.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for collaboration with international partners and stakeholders.
