General Manager Grocery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Club Pilates studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all studio functions, including membership and retail sales, instructor performance and evaluation, and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead all sales efforts and drive membership growth
- Develop strategies to prevent member attrition to competitors
- Hire, train, and manage Sales Associates within the studio
- Utilize discretion and independent judgment in directing the work of all employees and personnel
- Manage staff schedules and ensure accurate inventory counts
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized and proficient in data management
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
- Experience in fitness and/or knowledge of Pilates is preferred
