Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Global Education to lead our training initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs for system integrators and internal employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global training strategies that align with our business goals and enhance customer engagement and employee performance.
  • Lead a team of training professionals and collaborate with various departments to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs across various formats, including instructor-led, online, and hybrid.
  • Ensure training content is relevant, up-to-date, and tailored to the needs of diverse global audiences.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with technical schools and educational institutions to integrate our products into their curriculum.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with delivering high-quality training initiatives, preferably in the BMS or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of both technical and sales training within a global context.
  • Experience in managing remote teams and delivering training across multiple regions.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree.
  • Writing and reading proficiency in French.
