About the Role:

First Truck Centre, a leading automotive dealership in Canada, is seeking an experienced Truck Refinisher to join their team in Surrey. As a key member of the paint shop, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality repairs on Class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality repairs, including diagnosing and repairing small body damages, prep and masking, and painting complete units.
  • Tag and return failed parts and cores, making warranty decisions, and completing repair quality inspection reports.
  • Ensure OHS and WCB compliance and update the Shop Foreman with technical assistance if required.

Requirements:

  • Journeyman Certification for Automotive Refinishing and knowledge of Axalta paint products.
  • 5+ years of experience in trucking, automotive, or a related industry.
  • Class 5 driver's license and ability to work a 4 x 3 shifts.
