Public Relations Specialist

Swift Connect INC is seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations strategies to promote our organization's brand and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:- Public Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, respond to written and oral requests, and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communication Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials to promote our organization's brand and services.
- Event Planning: Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness about our organization's initiatives and services.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to inform our public relations strategies and gather data to support our communications efforts.
- Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media to secure press coverage and promote our organization's brand.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Environment: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
