Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Peak Associates Limited in North York. This is a full-time role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- • Provide administrative support to the team and department, including reception duties, boardroom management, and courier coordination.
- • Manage office supplies, petty cash, and kitchen inventory, as well as order food and office items as needed.
- • Assist with IT issues, including printer management and WiFi modem installation.
- • Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, labeling, and assisting with general office duties.
- • Deposit cheques and pick up food or office items as required.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
