Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Peak Associates Limited in North York. This is a full-time role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provide administrative support to the team and department, including reception duties, boardroom management, and courier coordination.
  • • Manage office supplies, petty cash, and kitchen inventory, as well as order food and office items as needed.
  • • Assist with IT issues, including printer management and WiFi modem installation.
  • • Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, labeling, and assisting with general office duties.
  • • Deposit cheques and pick up food or office items as required.
Requirements
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
