Job Title: Community Visit Nurse

At Bayshore HealthCare, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Visit Nurse to join our team. As a Community Visit Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality home health care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client care by utilizing the skills of observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching.
  • Establish, monitor, and deliver nursing care to clients in a community setting as per the nursing care plan and in accordance with all required internal and external professional practice standards.
  • Provide support and direction to unlicensed/unregistered employees involved in direct client care.

Requirements:

  • Current nursing license in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • At least two years of nursing experience (community experience would be an asset).
  • Proof of a current Negative TB test.
  • Current/clear vulnerable sector/police check.
  • CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's License (G Class) and continuous access to a reliable vehicle.
