Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of our menu and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement menu plans, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and supply chain to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of our menu and service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-service kitchen management experience.
  • 2+ years of prep and line cook experience.
  • Warm, friendly, focused, professional, inclusive disposition and presence.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and performance.
  • Tip-share amount for KMs is approximately $10,000 per year.
  • Bonus program amounts to $5,000 - $10,000 per year depending on the financial performance of the business.
