Role Overview

At Co-operators, we're seeking an Employee Relations Partner who will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you'll collaborate closely with departments to develop and implement effective employee relations strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels
  • Provide guidance and support on workplace issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with department heads to create a positive and productive work environment
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Business, Industrial Relations)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in employee relations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • French language skills are an asset
