Employee Relations Specialist

Role Overview
At Co-operators, we're seeking an Employee Relations Partner who will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you'll collaborate closely with departments to develop and implement effective employee relations strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels
- Provide guidance and support on workplace issues and concerns
- Collaborate with department heads to create a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Business, Industrial Relations)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in employee relations or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- French language skills are an asset
