As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, and your role will play a critical part in shaping the shopping experience for our customers. Whether you are working on the sales floor, managing stock, or assisting with visual merchandising, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and transactions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and displays
  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations

We offer a competitive salary of $14.50 per hour, plus opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Our salary is based on the current market rate and takes into account the level of experience and qualifications required for the role.
