About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations, while also providing advice and solutions to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, and estate planning needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Provide advice and solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Requirements

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence – If not, you must obtain this licence within three months of hiring with a full refund once you have successfully obtained it.
  • Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
