Total Construction Solutions Inc is a leading company in the construction industry, providing innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Director.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This role requires strong strategic planning skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires working on site at our physical location. The ideal candidate will be able to commute to our office regularly and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
