Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our team in the Laval region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires 37.5 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and management. You will be based in Laval, Canada, and will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage a team of professionals to ensure effective execution of business plans and objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track business performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and management.
- Strong knowledge of the financial industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
