We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team in Kitchener, with flexible office locations available. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to succeed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the team is aware of potential challenges and opportunities.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on land development and municipal engineering.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with experience in implementing and managing projects using these tools.
