About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Canadian Distribution team and drive growth in the Institutional, Insurance, and Wealth channels. As a key member of the Global Distribution leadership team, you will report directly to the Chief Distribution Officer and be responsible for developing and executing business development and client retention plans across all three client channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Canadian Distribution team to achieve business objectives and grow the Institutional, Insurance, and Wealth channels.
  • Develop and execute business development and client retention plans across all three client channels.
  • Collaborate with the Global Distribution team to leverage resources and expertise to drive growth and success.
  • Ensure a high-quality service is delivered to clients and maintain existing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of public and private markets.
  • Excellent practical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements with a consistent record of practical compliance.
  • Relevant post-graduate qualifications e.g. CFA, CAIA, Masters in Finance, MBA.
