CDW Canada Business Solutions Specialist

At CDW - Canada, we're seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to drive strategic talent processes and programs across various teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and has a proven track record of building trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in business-facing human resources or relevant industry experience, with a strong understanding of Canadian legislation and provincial employment laws.
You will be responsible for driving our reoccurring CDW-wide strategic talent processes and programs, serving as a trusted advisor to people leaders on day-to-day coworker matters, and providing business recommendations to assist them in solving their talent challenges.
This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
