  • Maintain and improve the Total Quality Management of products and programs, including re-calibrating equipment and identifying losses and bottlenecks in production.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the QA team, including training, coaching, and developing QA technicians.
  • Lead audits and work with the Operations Team to implement corporate policies and establish standards relating to quality assurance.
  • Perform sampling, inspection, and physical testing on products and equipment as required.
  • Conduct team-training on Food Safety & Quality Management and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure superior product standards through the measurement and validation of Key Process Indicators (KPI) and quality controls.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to plan how targets will be met.

  • Completion of a college diploma in Food Science or a related field.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, people management skills, and auditing skills.
  • Certified Quality Auditor, Professional Quality Designation.
