We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at SHO SUSHI BAR AND KITCHEN. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes to our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new and innovative sushi dishes that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.
- Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is running efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Restaurant
