Be Your Best Self

As a Senior Environmental Engineer at Exp Global Inc., you'll provide leadership, training, and operational support to junior and intermediate staff in environmental site assessment, remediation, and risk assessment. You'll manage technical, schedule, and budgetary elements of projects, ensuring compliance with site, corporate, and regulatory standards.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Provide guidance and expertise to junior staff on environmental investigation, remediation, and risk assessment.
  2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
  3. Serve as a resource in your field of expertise.
  4. Pursue knowledge through professional development opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with senior members to advance our brand and standing with clients.

Your Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in the environmental field in Ontario.
  • University degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in contaminated sites investigations (Phase I/II ESAs).
  • Experience in remediation and risk assessment (Risk Management Plans) is preferred.
  • A motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
