Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Division of Medical Oncology and Hematology by coordinating administrative activities, providing financial support, and ensuring the efficient operation of external collaborations. This is a hybrid model position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Provide financial support, such as budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of external collaborations, including meetings, conferences, and project management.
  • Work on select projects as assigned or requested, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
