**About the Role**

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide assessment and treatment services to clients in the London and surrounding community. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to develop treatment plans and provide services in various settings, including clinics, homes, and workplaces.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients with physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care and share knowledge


**Requirements**

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with COTO
  • Valid CPR certificate and reliable vehicle
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months
