Senior E-mail CRM Integrator Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-mail CRM Integrator to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our CRM Integration department, you will play a vital role in the development and integration of e-mail campaigns using technological tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Campaign Development: Develop and integrate email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud via HTML and CSS, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Campaign Performance Evaluation: Participate in the evaluation of campaign performance and propose optimization opportunities to enhance customer engagement and experience.
  • Marketing Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, sharing insights on successful strategies from top-performing marketing teams.
  • Expert Support: Act as an expert to support colleagues in the CRM Integration department, providing guidance and expertise to ensure project success.
  • Email Deployment Management: Manage the day-to-day execution of email deployment for various projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive successful campaign execution, including reporting/analytics, brand/business leaders, web development, etc.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Six years of industry-related relevant experience.
  • Email Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including targeted lists, subject lines, messaging, and productivity.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Digital Analytics Knowledge: Good knowledge of digital analytics (Power BI, Adobe, Google Analytics or similar).
  • HTML and CSS Coding Skills: In-depth knowledge of HTML and CSS coding principles.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (language proficiency required due to collaboration with colleagues outside Quebec).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness programs, flexible group insurance, generous pension plan, employee share ownership plan, and employee and family assistance program.
