About the Job

This exciting opportunity involves working with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues they may have with products or services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that all customers feel valued and supported.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, process transactions efficiently, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including shelving and display areas
  • Processing cash, credit card, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting customers with product information and recommendations
  • Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and transactions
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
