About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Future Electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating leads, and providing solutions to delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to qualify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities and overcome objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly objectives and targets.
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • High School diploma; College Degree an asset.
  • Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively navigate objections and handle rejections.
  • Familiarity with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Skills:
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt and excel in fast-paced, changing market conditions.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
