Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our team of clinical supervisors and front-line staff in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Clinical Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to clinical supervisors and front-line staff
  • Monitor care and service delivery performance and clinical indicators
  • Participate in interviewing, orientation, ongoing supervision, and performance management of clinical supervisors
  • Ensure completion of all mandatory training and skill development
  • Respond to clinical concerns from staff, contractors, funders, clients, and families
  • Review all client safety incidents and participate in the investigation and resolution
  • Provide clinical leadership at the district level
  • Ensure compliance to ParaMed policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Requirements
  • Registration/licensing in good standing as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse with provincial regulatory college
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a formal nursing leadership role required
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing Registered Nurse, in a community setting
  • Superior oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, contractors, and staff
  • Effective skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Flexibility in hours worked in order to accommodate operational needs
