Administrative Officer Job Description

At VIP Development Limited, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

**Requirements:**

* College/CEGEP education
* Experience an asset
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Work Environment:**

* 35 hours per week
* English language

**Note:** The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
