Clean Site Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of cleaning staff, ensuring they meet safety and cleanliness standards. As a Clean Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for hiring and training staff, supervising their activities, and co-ordinating work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Inspect sites regularly to identify any areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Recommend additional services to clients to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in performing duties as required, such as cleaning tasks or providing support to other team members.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
