About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at E3 Inc. as a Sales and Technical Consultant. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve product and service related problems.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Client focus, organized, reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
