Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary regional rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and consulting with clients to improve their communication and swallowing abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs
  • Provide consultation and education to clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
  • Eligible for membership with Speech-Language and Audiology Canada
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email/Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse client population. The position requires a valid Class 5 driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
