About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Safety Specialist to join our team at TrustFlight. As a key member of our aviation software solutions team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients' fleets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and update all aircraft maintenance statuses in AMOS
  • Coordinate maintenance with contracted stations
  • Provide weekly 2-month Parts Consumption Forecast and Aircraft Hour and Cycle Correction Request reports
  • Perform AMOS configuration and initialization checks for the fleet
  • Prepare Work Packages for aircraft maintenance, including material and manpower
  • Perform root cause analysis to reduce the risk of overruns
  • Update Technical Queries daily in AMOS
  • Perform quality checks for data migration and aircraft onboarding teams
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent/bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Strong experience with Maintenance Planning, and/or Maintenance Controlling
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience of AMOS is an asset
  • Be flexible to work on the weekend if requested by team lead
  • Hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and automation
