Medical Professional for Vascular Access

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join their team in Richmond, BC. As a Registered Nurse with experience in venous access devices, you will be part of the IV Therapy team at Richmond Hospital.
About the RoleThis is a Casual position, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care through the administration of intravenous therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Completion of one (1) year experience with venous access devices.
- Broad knowledge of nursing theory and practice within a client/family-centred model of care.
- A competitive salary range of $41.42-$55.91 per hour.
