Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team at 360 Demolition and Environmental Services. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in supervising workers, coordinating activities, and operating computer software in a construction environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure accurate documentation of site activities.
  • Supervise workers and projects to maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize resource utilization and minimize delays.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to design and manage construction projects.
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Estimate costs and materials to maintain budgetary control.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect workers and the public.
  • Train or arrange for training to develop staff skills and knowledge.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked site.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.

Work Environment

  • The ideal candidate will work outdoors in a construction environment, exposed to noisy and dusty conditions.

Requirements

  • A secondary school diploma and 1 year of experience in concrete finishing and supervisory roles are required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
