Job Overview

About the Position

This is a permanent position requiring a college diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in networking administration. The successful candidate will possess strong networking and security skills, with an ability to maintain control records and perform routine network start-up and close-down operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain LANs, WANs, mainframe networks, and computer workstations to guarantee efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to enhance network performance.
  • Provide problem-solving services to network users, addressing any technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Perform regular network traffic and security monitoring to identify potential threats.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to optimize server performance, minimize downtime, and ensure data backup and recovery operations are conducted smoothly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • College diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Two years of experience in networking administration, with a strong focus on security and hardware installation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise a team of 5-10 people.
  • Strong understanding of networking software, hardware, security protocols, database management, and MS Office applications.
