Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Builder Project Coordinator to join our team at SearchLabs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and be able to effectively lead teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including site operations, labor force, materials, equipment, and services.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
