Job Summary

The Store Manager will lead a team of store leaders and associates to deliver an engaging consumer experience, drive sales, and execute marketing directives. The successful candidate will maintain an understanding of the store consumer base and effectively communicate product needs to influence product assortment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the store team to hire, develop, and coach diverse staff to meet consumer engagement and consumer experience expectations.
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive sales, minimize inventory shrink, and manage operating expenses within budget to achieve divisional goals and increase store profitability.
  • Lead effective and accurate execution of operating procedures and ensure team members adhere to company policies and standards.
  • Provide regular feedback and recognition to employees for their contributions to the store and team success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of functional experience, including managing store leaders and individual contributors, a department, or functioning as a lead.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems and drive decisions that impact finances, efficiency, and effectiveness of the store.
  • Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems, and various other retail software tools.
