Sales Strategy and Growth

We are recruiting for a National Key Account Manager to promote and sell JAMP Pharma products to National and/or Regional Pharmacy Chains and Banners, while implementing strategies that provide optimal solutions for customers and profitable outcomes for JAMP Pharma.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own the entire account portfolio and drive results to attain and surpass assigned financial targets.
  • Commitment to studying details of all products in the JAMP Pharma portfolio and identifying creative opportunities.
  • Be fully informed on all current industry developments and provide key insights to corporate partners.
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and other members of the sales team.
  • Proven ability to successfully navigate difficult negotiations.
What You Bring to the Team
  • University Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Pharma sales experience with a proven track record of strong results, organizational skills, and strength in execution of programs, initiatives, sales incentives, and contests.
  • Reside in GTA - Toronto.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, plus Group RRSP, Group Insurance as of day 1, Health and Wellness, EAP Employee Assistance program, Telemedicine, and Social club activities.
