Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Indo-Canadian Insurance Brokers Inc.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service through telephone and electronic inquiries
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Manage manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
