About the Role

As a Financial Manager at BGIS, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and developing and implementing financial processes to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive financial management experience
  • Advanced user of Excel and experience managing large volumes of data
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA designation required
