Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Drake Medox Health Services. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining client files, medical documentation, and data entry. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to provide exceptional support to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate client service requests and gather data on client care needs.
  • Record client information and service details, and maintain accurate records.
  • Arrange and assign direct service staff, and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Provide orientation and training to employees as required, and assist with payroll processing.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry and inventory management.

Requirements:
  • Previous scheduling experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred, with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
