Job Title: Nail Care Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nail care technician to join our team at Thai Nguyen Beauty Ltd. As a nail care specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality nail care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make custom designs for clients using your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Clean, trim, and polish nails to perfection.
  • Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions to enhance clients' beauty.
  • Maintain and build your own clientele through excellent customer service and referrals.
  • Offer product demonstrations to educate clients on the latest nail care trends.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform manicures and pedicures to achieve salon-standard results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum educational requirement.
  • Experience in the nail industry is an asset, but not necessary.

Work Environment:

You will work in a spa environment with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for beauty and customer service.

Working Conditions:

This role requires repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask efficiently.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
