Executive Talent Sourcer

About the Role:
Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is a leading financial services firm with over 40 years of history and offices across Canada and in the US, UK, and India. We are currently seeking an Executive Talent Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team in Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, including LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, and industry-specific events.
- Attend networking events, career fairs, and university outreach programs to connect with prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future openings.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Research and Market Intelligence:
- Analyze industry trends, company structures, and competitive landscapes to inform recruitment strategies.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Stay updated on industry news, hiring trends, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Identify patterns and trends in the recruitment process to inform strategy improvements.
- Utilize data and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, make data-informed decisions, and continuously improve the sourcing process.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in the financial services and executive search.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search methods.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and other sourcing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
