Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Erie Beach Hotel Limited. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations to customers
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
