Role Overview
HUB International Canada West ULC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests and callers, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage day-to-day administrative tasks, and maintain a safe and clean reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and callers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, guests, and colleagues to provide exceptional service and support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
