Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team at Korri Shefa. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and managing various aspects of the business.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate or diploma but experience is an asset. You will be required to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Use sales techniques and marketing strategy to promote products or services
  • Perform personal and business errands for employers
  • Maintain filing system
  • Invoice clients
  • Answer client inquiries and provide information
  • Bill third party insurers
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
Supervision

You will supervise 1-2 people and staff in various areas of responsibility.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

You will need to be proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, Social Media, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Additionally, experience with website creation and management software is an asset.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
