About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to join our team at the Federation of BC Youth in Care Networks. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity with an estimated 14 hours of work per week.

Job Description: As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in coordinating the flow of information within our team. Your responsibilities will include directing and controlling daily operations, opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, ordering office supplies, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and no degree, certificate, or diploma. You must also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, accurate, reliable, and have strong time management and adaptability skills.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development and growth, including on-the-job training tailored to youth and mentorship programs.
