Career Opportunity:

As a Production Worker at WestRock, you will be part of a team responsible for daily production quality corrugated products in a safe and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment will ensure order specs and special requirements are accurately followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality checks according to WestRock's production requirements.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail by following order specs and special requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Salary and Benefits:

You will also receive benefits after completion of the probationary period, including a pension plan after six months of employment. As a valued member of our team, you will also enjoy shift premium for hours worked on afternoon and midnight shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Physically fit, able to work shifts with a weekly rotation.
