Job Title: Medical Sales Professional

CMI Group Inc. is seeking a Medical Sales Professional to join our team. As a Medical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with key partners to leverage regional contracts and secure new business.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans with a demonstrated success in gaining new business.
  3. Collaborate closely with logistics department to ensure efficient and effective planning.
  4. Stay updated on customer, industry, and market changes to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  5. Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Drive the conversion of sales leads into active customers by establishing strong contacts and fostering relationships.
  7. Execute pricing strategy through effective negotiation skills and market acumen.
  8. Perform field promotion work, demonstrate products/services, and provide assistance in the best application of products/services.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  1. 5 years of sales/business development in healthcare and/or related field.
  2. Proven track record of sales excellence and relationship building.
  3. Valid driver's license required.
  4. Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.
  5. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  6. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
