Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Mountain View Resort & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that our standards are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our housekeeping staff has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
